Over an $800 day. My husband and I received a gift from a loved one to visit Joy Spa for the day, and we were super excited to get a couple's massage. We were not impressed; I ended up leaving with a migraine from the massage that I did not have when I arrived. However, the pedicure done by "Kimberly" was amazing. I will be back in the future to visit her. That was the best pedicure I've ever had in my life. I also noticed upon leaving that we were supposed to be offered a complimentary glass of champagne, which they never offered to us, despite the price of the package. I was a little disappointed to see that that did not happen. Then, upon checkout, they tried to increase the gratuity fee to 25% when we were told it would be 22%. I can't remember the name of it, but we ate at the Mexican restaurant and ordered a steak quesadilla, and that was pretty darn good. The Hispanic waitstaff that served us was very sweet and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the service. While I was out at the pool, I met a young man, roughly in his 20s, with sandy blonde hair about down to his chin. Tall and skinny, he was absolutely lovely. That is an awesome employee you guys have, and you should f

I recently stayed at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia for our one-year anniversary. Overall, the resort was beautiful, and we had a great time. There were just a couple of things that puzzled us during our stay, which is why Iβm giving it four stars instead of five. First, the resort offered a service to pick us up from our room and take us to the valet area. We requested a ride, but unfortunately, no one ever showed up. It wasnβt a huge dealβwe simply walked and found our wayβbut it was a little disappointing since the service had been offered. The second thing was more funny than frustrating. When I turned on the TV in our room, the sound was coming through a speaker in the bathroom above the bathtub rather than from the TV itself. One day, I was trying to watch TV while my wife was taking a bath, so you can imagine how well that worked! I went through the TV settings trying to figure out how to get the sound to come from the TV instead, but I couldnβt find a way to change it. We ended up laughing about it and wondering who came up with the idea of having the TV audio play through a speaker above the bathtub. It definitely made for an interesting room design! As

Fantastic location. Amazing staff and gorgeous facilities. The spa was top notch! Waitstaff incredibly accommodating and the rooms were just beautiful. Only complaint- feeling rushed on check out day by housekeeping staff entering my room twice before the 12pm checkout time. Otherwise an amazing time for my conference.
